WHAT TO EXPECT
Global Players (GP) Team Tours are based on the philosophy that participants will be travelers, not only tourists, by the end of their trip. Our programming focuses on Athletes and Teams being immersed in the Host Culture by:
We believe travel is for everyone. Therefore we offer three (3) pricing options for Teams with different Budgets:
HOW IT WORKS
We created 5-day Tours to mix-n-match! To build a 10-day tour, choose 2 cities, enter you preferred Start Date, # of Travelers, and add both to your cart.
Booking: During checkout, please indicate your TEAM NAME and if you would like Option 2 or 3 under “add a note to your order”. If Athletes are paying separately, make sure everyone selects the same Tour(s) and Option. One point person is designated to work with Global Players, for example a Coach or Team Manager.
Payments: If you choose Option 2 or 3, you will have 3 payments. The non-refundable Deposit ($195 per person) is charged at booking to start your Program Development. We will bill you later for the Booking Fee ($300 per person) and Remaining Balance (variable).

Breakfast and Cultural Orientation.
Intensive training session with a Local or National Team.
Visit the Monserrate Hill for panoramic views of Bogotá.
Afternoon: Cultural Day 🏛️
Explore the Botero Museum and walk around the Botero Plaza.
Lunch at a local market or restaurant.
Evening: Team Dinner 🍽️
Team dinner in the historic La Candelaria district.
Relax and prepare for next day travels.
Morning: Travel Day ✈️
Fly to Medellín and check into your accommodation.
Welcome breakfast in Medellín.

Explore Comuna 13 for its vibrant street art and transformation.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Paragliding 🪂
Participate in the adventure sport of paragliding.

Team meeting and reflection on the day’s experiences.

Training session with a Local or National Team.
Guided city tour, including Plaza Botero and the Metropolitan Cathedral.
Late Morning – Early Afternoon 🎭
Visit the Comuna 13 Escalator.
Leisure time or optional activities.
Afternoon: Professional Sporting Event 🏟️
Attend a local soccer match or another professional sporting event.
Evening: Team Dinner 🍽️
Dinner in the vibrant Laureles district.
Morning: Travel ✈️
Fly to Cartagena and check into your accommodation.
Guided walking tour of the historic walled city, including the San Felipe Castle and Las Bovedas.
Afternoon: Friendly Match 🏆
Game or tournament against a Local or National Team.
Post-match ceremony and group photo.
Evening: Farewell Dinner 🍽️
Farewell dinner a waterfront restaurant.
Closing remarks and reflections on the trip.
