WHAT TO EXPECT

Global Players (GP) Team Tours are based on the philosophy that participants will be travelers, not only tourists, by the end of their trip. Our programming focuses on Athletes and Teams being immersed in the Host Culture by:

Staying at hip hostels, homestays, or 3-4* star hotels—you choose.
Breaking into smaller groups for an authentic experience
Taking local transport as much as possible
Cooking classes with local ingredients
Market, Museum, and City Tours

PRICING

We believe travel is for everyone. Therefore we offer three (3) pricing options for Teams with different Budgets:

Option 1: $95 per person — Program Deposit + Development Everyone starts here. In this stage, we create a Custom Itinerary based on your Sport, Dates, Destination, and Tour Vision. Then you get a ‘live’ version with direct links/contacts to GP Partners all over the world including Teams, Tournaments, Tours, Travel, Accommodation, Restaurants and more. If saving money is a priority, you can save up to $500-800 per person making bookings directly with GP Partners supporting you in-country.
Option 2: $495 per person — We make the Bookings No time? No problem. If you would like Global Players to make the bookings for Tours 10 days or more, we can do that. Once everything is booked and paid in full, you will meet directly with our amazing GP Partners in-country. These are the same Partners we use!
Option 3: $2495 per person — Full Execution + Program Leader If you would like a full-time Program Leader with your Tour, this option is for you. Global Players will make the bookings for you and lead the trip in-country. Your Program Leader is with the group 24/7, providing local insight and handling on-tour logistics.

HOW IT WORKS

We created 5-day Tours to mix-n-match! To build a 10-day tour, choose 2 cities, enter you preferred Start Date, # of Travelers, and add both to your cart.

Booking: During checkout, please indicate your TEAM NAME and if you would like Option 2 or 3 under “add a note to your order”. If Athletes are paying separately, make sure everyone selects the same Tour(s) and Option. One point person is designated to work with Global Players, for example a Coach or Team Manager.

Payments: If you choose Option 2 or 3, you will have 3 payments. The non-refundable Deposit ($195 per person) is charged at booking to start your Program Development. We will bill you later for the Booking Fee ($300 per person) and Remaining Balance (variable).

Next Steps: Once your Booking is received, a dedicated GP Tour Consultant will contact you to start planning your Tour!

Day 1: Arrival Day

Morning: Welcome to the Czech Republic 💜
Arrive in Prague and settle into accommodation.
Welcome briefing and orientation by tour guides.

Afternoon: Walking Tour 🏙️
Guided walking tour of Prague’s Old Town, including the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square.
Team-building activities in Letná Park..

Evening: Welcome Dinner 🍽️
Welcome dinner at one of Prague’s oldest breweries.
Training with Local or National Teams if possible.

Day 2: Sport Activities and City Exploration

Morning: Breakfast and Cultural Orientation 🍽️

Late Morning: Bike Tour 🚴‍♀️
Bike tour along the Vltava River and through the charming neighborhoods of Prague.
Free time for lunch.

Afternoon: Sporting Activities 🛶
Water sports activities such as kayaking or paddleboarding on the Vltava River.

Evening: Team Dinner 💪
Team dinner at a restaurant offering traditional Czech cuisine.

Day 3: Day Trip to Český Krumlov and Team Training

Morning: Training 🔥
Intensive training session with a Local or National Team.

Late Morning: Český Krumlov 🚆
Day trip to Český Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage site with a charming medieval town.
Team-building activities in Český Krumlov.

Afternoon: Return to Prague 🏛️
Return to Prague.
Visit to the Museum of Communism or the Mucha Museum for cultural enrichment.

Evening: Team Dinner 🍽️
Dinner at a restaurant with panoramic views of Prague Castle.
Team meeting and reflection on the day’s experiences.

Day 4: Professional Sports and Cultural Evening

Morning: Professional Sports Event 🏟️
Morning training session with a Local or National Team.
Attend a professional ice hockey or soccer match in Prague.

Afternoon: Explore the City 🏙️
Free time or explore Prague Castle, the Prague Astronomical Clock, and Petřín Hill.

Evening: Theatre Performance 🎭
Theatre performance at the National Theatre, followed by dinner at La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise.

Day 5: Farewell and Friendly Match

Morning: Friendly Match 🏆
Participate in a friendly game against a Local or National team.
Post-match ceremony and group photo.

Afternoon: Leisure Time 🏰
Free time or trip to Karlštejn Castle for a taste of medieval history.

Evening: Farewell Dinner 🍽️
Farewell dinner and celebration at a restaurant overlooking the Vltava River.
Closing remarks and reflections on the trip.

DAY 6: Travel Day

Breakfast + Travel day✈️: return home with language basics, travel skills, new friends, and lifelong memories!
