WHAT TO EXPECT
Global Players (GP) Team Tours are based on the philosophy that participants will be travelers, not only tourists, by the end of their trip. Our programming focuses on Athletes and Teams being immersed in the Host Culture by:
We believe travel is for everyone. Therefore we offer three (3) pricing options for Teams with different Budgets:
HOW IT WORKS
We created 5-day Tours to mix-n-match! To build a 10-day tour, choose 2 cities, enter you preferred Start Date, # of Travelers, and add both to your cart.
Booking: During checkout, please indicate your TEAM NAME and if you would like Option 2 or 3 under “add a note to your order”. If Athletes are paying separately, make sure everyone selects the same Tour(s) and Option. One point person is designated to work with Global Players, for example a Coach or Team Manager.
Payments: If you choose Option 2 or 3, you will have 3 payments. The non-refundable Deposit ($195 per person) is charged at booking to start your Program Development. We will bill you later for the Booking Fee ($300 per person) and Remaining Balance (variable).
Next Steps: Once your Booking is received, a dedicated GP Tour Consultant will contact you to start planning your Tour!

Light practice session to shake off travel fatigue.

Training with Local or National Teams if possible.
Morning: Intensive Training 🔥
Breakfast and Cultural Orientation.
Training session with a Local or National Team.
Interaction with local athletes and coaches for skill exchange.
Afternoon: Wildlife and Nature 🏞️
Visit Cleland Wildlife Park to interact with native Australian
animals followed by a picnic lunch at Mount Lofty Botanic Garden.
Explore Hahndorf for a taste of its rich history and artisanal shops.
Evening: Australian Football Game 🏟️
Cheer on the Adelaide Crows at a professional Australian rules football game.
Team dinner at a seafood restaurant on the waterfront.
Morning: Surf Session 🏄♂️
Intensive training session with a Local or National Team.
Trip to Middleton beach or Sellicks Beach for a surf session.
Grab a quick post-surf breakfast at a beachside cafe.
Afternoon: Farmers Market 🏖️
Relax at the beach or explore the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Visit the Willunga Farmers Market.
Evening: Team Reflection and Dinner 🍽️
Team meeting and reflection on the day’s experiences.
Dinner at a Gouger Street, known for its diverse range of restaurants.
Morning: Drive to the Adelaide Hills 🏙️
Explore Mount Lofty Summit for panoramic views of the city.
Visit the South Australian Museum to discover the region’s natural
and cultural heritage.
Afternoon: Shopping and Sightseeing 🛍️
Have lunch at a local Hills pub or cafe.
Explore the historic town of Hahndorf for some shipping and more sightseeing.
Evening: Relax and Reflect 🧘♀️
Return to Adelaide.
Dinner at a restaurant in North Adelaide.
Morning: Friendly Match 🏆
Participate in a friendly game against a Local or National Team.
Post-match ceremony and group photo.
Afternoon: Beach and Water Activities 🏖️
Take a tram from the city to visit Glenelg Beach.
Enjoy water activities or unwind on the sandy shores
Evening: Farewell Dinner 🍽️
Farewell dinner at a waterfront restaurant in Glenelg and stroll
along the beach for a final taste of Adelaide’s coastal beauty.
Closing remarks and reflections on the trip.
