HOW IT WORKS
Global Players offers two ways to plan an international sports tour:
FULL EXECUTION — We plan the entire tour for you. We book everything. A GP Program Leader travels with your team and handles daily logistics.
PLAYBOOK — A ready-made, professionally designed itinerary that shows you exactly how your tour works. Perfect for presenting to your Athletic Department, getting buy-in from Parents, and starting conversations with Fundraising Groups.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Inside every PLAYBOOK, you’ll find:

FULL EXECUTION + PROGRAM LEADER (Optional Upgrade)
If you prefer Global Players to run the entire tour, this option is for you. Global Players will make the bookings for you and lead the trip in-country. Your GP Leader is providing local insight and handling on-tour logistics. The price for this service is starting at 2995 EUR per person.
This is a great starting point for a 10-day tour. Choose your preferred Start Date, # of Travelers, and add to your cart.
Booking: During checkout, please indicate your TEAM NAME. If Athletes are paying separately, make sure everyone selects the same Tour. One point person is designated to work with Global Players, for example a Coach or Team Manager.
Payments: You will have 2 payments. The non-refundable Deposit ($495 per person) is charged at booking to start your Program Development. We will bill you later for the Remaining Balance (variable).
Next Steps: Once your Booking is received, a dedicated GP Tour Consultant will contact you to start planning your Tour!
